pjpk Terms and Conditions

"Platform" or "Site"

The website operated by pjpk and the entirety of its associated digital services are referred to as the "Platform".

"User" or "You"

Any person who accesses the pjpk platform, creates an account, or uses any service is a "User".

"pjpk"

The entity that owns and operates this platform. In these terms, "we", "our", or "Company" all refer to the same entity.

"Account"

The personal profile created through a user's registration, through which they access the platform's services.

"Bonus Funds"

Promotional credits granted by pjpk that become withdrawable upon meeting specific conditions. These are not equivalent to direct cash funds.

Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account on the pjpk platform. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and the associated funds may be forfeited. This policy also applies when the same device, IP address, or payment method is used across multiple accounts.

Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

Users must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account cancellation and funds being withheld. As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, pjpk may request additional documents at any time.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

Minimum Age

Users must be at least 21 years old to use the pjpk platform's services. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited on our platform. If an age verification discrepancy is found, the account will be closed immediately.

User Eligibility

Only individuals who meet the following conditions may open an account on pjpk:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must register in a personal capacity, not for any professional or commercial purpose.
• Must not be subject to any active self-exclusion.
• Must not be restricted from participating in online gaming or betting under applicable law.

Accepted Payment Methods

Financial transactions on the pjpk platform can currently be made through the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Minimum Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Deposit or withdrawal requests below these amounts will not be processed.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. This time may be longer if the user's identity verification has not been completed or if a security review is required.

Source of Funds

All money deposited on the pjpk platform must come from the user's own lawful sources. Third-party payment methods may not be used. pjpk reserves the right to hold any transaction suspected of money laundering or illegal financial activity.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. For deposits of ৳12,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies, bringing the total balance to ৳22,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total deposit. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be used once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Winnings earned from bonus funds are withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Multiple bonuses may not apply at the same time — unless the individual terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses apply to deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• pjpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, the account will be reviewed.

Fair Play Policy

The pjpk platform is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), free from any external influence.

Technical Errors

If a technical error causes abnormal results or rewards to be displayed, pjpk reserves the right to void that transaction. If a game is left incomplete due to a server or connection failure, the platform will determine the outcome based on saved data.

Betting Restrictions

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to individual games or tables. Additional restrictions may apply when wagering with bonus funds, as stated in the relevant bonus terms.

Sports Betting

Each market's own rules apply for betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. If unusual betting patterns are detected during an event, pjpk reserves the right to review that bet.

Directly Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (bonus abuse).
• Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Collusion or match-fixing with other players.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Attempting to introduce hacks, viruses, or malware into the platform's systems.
• Using the platform to conceal the source of illegal funds (money laundering).
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or placing bets on behalf of others.

Closure by pjpk

pjpk may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Direction from law enforcement authorities.
• Suspicion of security breach or manipulation.

Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Contact our support team by email at ([email protected]). Pending transactions and legitimately withdrawable funds will be returned before the account is closed.

Fund Management

Upon account closure, bonus funds and earnings subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited. However, the original deposited amount and legitimate earnings (subject to verification) will be returned.

SSL Encryption

All data transmission on the pjpk platform is secured by SSL encryption technology. Payment information and personal identity data are processed in a secure environment.

Liability for Service Disruption

Third-Party Content
